All our Diving Trips are arranged by Sea World Cruise which is intended for diving. Mergui Princess Cruise is for adventure trip only
Day 1: Kawthaung
Meeting at our shop at 12:00 PM. where we will have time to try equipment before we go to our boat. When departure comes the Thai immigration will be on board and will stamp us out of Thailand. Then the boat will take us to Kaw Thaung where we will get a visa for Burma and embark in the afternoon on our boat in order to enjoy a dinner on-board at sunset and be on the dive site early the next morning.
Day 2: High Rock – Shark Cave
After a good night rest, we will start with easy diving for the first day at High Rock and Rocky 1: the sites with full of spot rays and cobia as well as a lot of small stuffs hiding in the coral. It is a good day to test your eyes! Here we can find all the special things like Pipefish, Pineapple Fish, Frogfish, Sea Horses and many different species of Nudibranch. Another 2 more dives are at Shark cave; one of the most famous dive sites of Mergui archipelago, where you have a chance to see a shark inside the cave. If you’re lucky, you can see Manta Ray, Eagle Ray, Whale Shark, Grey Reef Shark, Nurse Shark and big blotched sting ray in that dive site. Even if you are unlucky with the big stuff you still have chance to see Ghost pipefish, harlequin shrimps, frogfish, seahorse and gorgeous coral everywhere.
Day 3: Twins Island
Second day diving is an adventure diving, we will dives 3 dives at north twin and pinnacles around north twin island and 1 dive in south twin. Dive sites in twins islands usually offer the best visibility and the highest chance for pelagic. Chance to see Manta Ray, Eagle Ray, Whale Shark, Grey Reef Shark, Nurse Shark, Zebra Shark and giant Sea Fans.
Day 4: The Arc – Boulder Rock – Mc Leod Island
Third day diving, 4 dives in The Arc, Boulder rock and Mc Leod island: dive sites are with absolutely amazing soft coral everywhere, colorful world with guiding spot for macro life: pineapple fish, ghost pipefish, nudibranches. Wale sharks are oftenly seen in Boulder rock and the Arc is place for lobsters. Mc Leod island is the best place for night dive.
Day 5: Seafan Forest Pinnacle – Western Rocky
Forth day diving may be the finest diving on the trip. 2 dives at Seafan Forest pinnacle, the dive site with a forest of beautiful giant seafans where you have a very good chance to see some of the big stuffs. And another 2 dives for that day are at Western rocky, one of the best dive sites in Burma. One of the highlights is a tunnel (cave) at 20 meters depth that goes all the way through the island., There are good chances of seeing Bowmouth Guitar Fish, Nurse shark, Grey reef shark, Cuttlefishes, Harlequin Shrimps, Frogfish, Sea Horses and a lot of lobsters.
Day 6: Shark Point – Secret Lagoon – Kawthaung – Ranong
The last day diving. 2 dives in Shark point and secret lagoon. The dive sites are amazing, especially for colorful soft coral and the caves. Overthere we have an opportunity to see black tip sharks, Tunas, Snappers, Sting ray,Turtle, rare and beautiful different species Nudibranches and many small stuffs.
After the last dive the boat will be heading back to Kaw Thaung where we can go shopping and sightseeing if possible. When the immgration clearance process is finished by Burmese authorities, the boat will be sailing back to Ranong Thailand.
